RETURN POLICY and LIMITED WARRANTY 

SET-RITE PRODUCTS LLC. EFFECTIVE January 1 2007



RETURNED GOODS: Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase and only with written permission of seller.
Returned goods are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Transportation charges must be prepaid by the buyer.

CREDIT ALLOWANCE WILL BE IN THE FORM OF MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY – NOT CASH CREDIT.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Set-Rite products and goods are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
They are warranted against defect for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. If Set-Rite products and
goods prove defective due to manufacturing defects in material or workmanship during that period, the manufacturer
will provide new replacement units of the same type and size provided we are notified in writing of such defects
and the goods are returned to us prepaid with evidence that they have been properly maintained and used with accordance
with instructions.
No remedy will be granted under this warranty if Set-Rite products and goods are not used strictly in accordance with Set-Rite's installation instructions with respect to use and storage or if the pieces have been modified in any way.

THE MANUFACTURER’S LIABILITY UNDER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR FOR ANY REASON IS LIMITED TO FURNIISHING
REPLACEMENT UNITS OR GRANTING A CREDIT FOR DEFECTIVE UNITS. NO LABOR EXPENSE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WILL BE PAID
BY SET-RITE. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT
NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, EXCEPT FOR ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY LAW FOR
NONCOMMERCIAL USE.

The sole and exclusive remedy shall be limited to the replacement of the defective goods. Before installation and use,
the purchaser shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use and the purchaser assumes all risk
and liability whatever in connection therewith. Where permitted by law.

THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY IS LIMITED TO A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR AND SHALL BE
LIMITED SOLELY TO THE REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE GOODS.

DO NOT USE LIQUIDS THAT ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR POLYPROPELENE
DO NOT TEST EXTENDER SEAL OR GASKET WITH COMPRESSED AIR OR GAS
DO NOT USE SPACERS OR EXTENDERS WHERE THEY WERE NOT DESIGNED FOR.
